Steps to create windows binary

1. Requirements:
   1. MinGW gcj compiler - get it here
   2. Msys environment - get it here
2. extract antlr-2.7.1 - get it here
3. Copy makefile in antlr-2.7.1 - get it here
4. compile antlr : make -f makefile-antlr-2.7.1.gcj
